Return & Replacement Policy – Dr. SitWell™
Every Dr. SitWell™ chair is checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we will assist you with a replacement as applicable.
Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect assembly, or wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement.
